The real world about us is altogether too complex and dynamic for us to come to terms with it directly. To cope with this, we reconstruct the real world in the form of a simplified model. The forms which we use to come to terms with - i.e. our experiences range from hallucinations through to the scientistīs self-aware use of schematic models. But the very fact of theoretical formulation already shows that internal representations of a pseudo-environment represent a determinative element.
